In this episode, hosts Rashid Gabdulhakov and Kamila Smagulova are back in the classroom with Pal Dunay, director of the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, to discuss education in Central Asia. The discussion starts with an assesment of the environment in which education and research takes place in Central Asia where positive and negative developments are identified. We learn about the OSCE Academy and the role it plays in educating talented youth from Central Asia and we hear about the OSCE Academy’s research focus.
