Merijn Hartog

Merijn Hartog is director at CESS. In 2001 he graduated from the University of Groningen in Central and Eastern European Contemporary History. At CESS Hartog is responsible for daily management at CESS and its training programmes on democratic governance in the Western Balkans, Eastern Europe, the South-Caucasus and Central Asia. He is currently running projects on parliamentary oversight in Kosovo, Macedonia, and Kyrgyzstan as well as parts of the EUCAM initiative where he combines work as a trainer, project development and researcher.
