Europe and Central Asia: an Evolving Partnership in Security and Development

The Karelian Institute and FRIDE organised a EUCAM seminar in Helsinki, hosted by the Parliamentary Committee for the Future. The seminar looked, inter alia, at the development of the EU Strategy for Central Asia the developments in Kyrgyzstan since the 2010 ethnic violence in the South and the presidential elections, and migration matters in Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

The seminar was attended by policy makers and experts from Finland, other European countries and Central Asia.
