My name is Khurshid Zafari. I have over 10 years of experience in research and analytical work in various organisations in Uzbekistan. A substantial part of this experience I gained at DGP Research and Consulting, where I have worked on projects with private companies, international organisations and government agencies.

I hold a MA in regional economics from Tashkent State University of Economics and a BA in management from the Namangan Engineering Pedagogical Institute. My research within EUCAM is focused on border economies in Central Asia, particularly of the Ferghana Valley enclaves.
