Fellowship focus – EUCAM Watch No 26
Since 2018 twenty-four EUCAM fellows spent three months at the Centre for European Security Studies (CESS) in The Netherlands and twenty fellows benefitted from an online training curriculum during covid lockdowns. Rewarding exercises for fellows, interlocutors, and organisers alike. In this EUCAM Watch we stress the value of fellowship interactions that are appreciated all around but find too little support through European cooperation programming with Central Asia.
